About

I was born in sunny San Diego but some years later moved to La Habra California where I spent most of my youth. Once I graduated from High School I packed up almost everything I owned and moved to Washington for its evergreen forest and beautiful mountains.

I soon went to college and received a BA degree in graphic arts from Western Washington University in 2000.  I decided to continue my education at Vancouver Institute of Media Arts Only to find out a year later that It seemed I had been in school so long that I needed a break. Slowly I began to start my own graphic design business where I enjoyed creative freedom and the freedom to work my own schedule. “Chad Andrews Graphics” started and lasted about four years until the birth of my son Zachary. Realizing I needed a job that was more stable I soon took up a graphic design position at Totally Chocolate in Blaine Wa.

My new passion in photography started in the Fall of 2010 and has been an amazing experience for me. My excitement for this new found art form has been addicting and good for my soul.

The other passions in my life are my friends and family, backpacking and most of all being “Dad” to my son Zachary.
